Statement of E. Richard Mills, Department of Commerce Spokesman
MOSCOW—Commerce Department Spokesman E. Richard Mills issued the following statement:
"Due to the current situation in Ukraine, the visit of Secretary of Commerce Gutierrez has been postponed."
