Gutierrez Briefs Reporters on Upcoming Trip to the Middle East to Promote Trade and Investment
Washington (Feb. 6)—At the National Press Club, Secretary of Commerce Carlos M. Gutierrez briefed reporters on his upcoming trip to the Middle East. The Secretary is traveling to Jordan, February 10-11, to participate in the U.S.-Middle East and North Africa Trade and Investment Conference at the Dead Sea. Gutierrez will also meet with his economic and trade counterparts to discuss expanding trade and investment as well as visit a public-private partnership that is improving education opportunities throughout the Middle East.
