Gutierrez Discusses Economy, Immigration and Trade in Remarks to Hispanic Business Leaders
Washington (March 13)—At the legislative conference of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Secretary Carlos M. Gutierrez spoke on key issues of importance to the Latino community, including immigration and free trade. Gutierrez highlighted the importance of engaging with our neighbors in Latin America. He said, “One of the best ways to enhance prosperity and security is to extend free markets, free speech and free trade wherever we can in our neighborhood.” (Transcript)
