Declaraciones del Secretario Gutiérrez sobre el PIB del Tercer Trimestre
Washington (23 de diciembre)—El secretario de Comercio, Carlos M. Gutiérrez, dio a conocer hoy las siguientes declaraciones sobre el producto interno bruto (PIB) real y final correspondiente al tercer trimestre, que indicó que la economía de Estados Unidos se redujo con una tasa anual de 0.5 por ciento en el tercer trimestre del 2008: “El informe de hoy sobre el PIB es mayor prueba de que nuestra economía continúa enfrentando desafíos cruciales que afectan directamente a las familias, trabajadores y negocios de nuestro país”.
